Reception is covered 7am - 10.30pm.
The Night Porter is available throughout the night, please dial 4000 if you need any assistance.

Arrival & Departure
Bedrooms are normally available from 3pm. On departure please settle your account and vacate your room by 11am.

Ev Charging
We have six EV chargers. We recommend that you download the ProjectEV Pro app prior to arrival.
The charging cost is 50p per kw hour. There is no charge for staying connected once the charge has stopped, however guests are politely asked to only park in the EV bays whilst their car is charging and to kindly relocate to a standard space to allow other EVs to charge.

Parking
Complimentary car parking is available onsite at the rear of the hotel. Disabled spaces are located at the front of the hotel. If the car park is full, please ask for assistance at reception and a member of our team will be delighted to assist you.
To exit the car park, please contact the Reception team for the code to the gate.

Complimentary WiFi is available for all guests, please connect to The Montagu Arms Hotel and sign in.

Fire Alarm
A fire alarm test will be carried out every Monday at 11am.

Emergency Procedures
In the event of fire or evacuation, guests are requested to leave the building immediately by the safest exit and meet in the front forecourt. Please familiarise yourself with the nearest exit and the fire safety notice behind your bedroom door. Should you have any difficulty in hearing, please advise Reception at the beginning of your stay.
