Terms & conditions

Package available 7 days a week with a supplement for weekends. Prices are per room on 2 adults sharing a room. Saturdays and bank holidays are subject to a minimum 2-night stay. Single bedrooms are available at a £59.50 supplement. Please note a £1 donation to our partner charity, Hospitality Action will be added to your bill on departure, this is discretionary and can be removed on request.

The car is hired for 24 hours from the agreed collection time and must be returned at the agreed return time. An additional 24 hours of hire can be added at an additional fee directly with New Forest Classic Hire.
You will need to collect your chosen car from New Forest Classic Hire, located 14 miles from the Montagu Arms just 5 Minutes from Junction 2, M27 Near Romsey, Hampshire. Your own car can be parked at New Forest Classic Hire for the duration of the hire or delivery to the hotel can be arranged at an additional fee with New Forest Classic Hire subject to availability.
You will need to complete a booking form providing your driving licence and National Insurance number for a DVLA Licence Check. Overseas visitors would need to provide proof of their address

New Forest Classic Hire require a £1,000 security deposit (£1,500 for the E-Type) upon collection, which must be paid for by credit card. It is a deferred payment so no money is actually taken unless the car is returned damaged.
