Large print information and a confirmation letter are available on request.

Car parking

Parking bays for disabled guests can be found at the front of the hotel, please advise prior to arrival if you would like one reserved.

Reception

There is a ramp at the entrance to Reception and the desk is low-level, making it easily accessible for guests using wheelchairs.

Bedrooms

Within the main house, all bedrooms are on the first or second floor, and due to the grade 2 listing of the building, we don't have a lift.

There are some ground-floor bedrooms located within the courtyard area at the top of the hotel garden. When accessing this area by foot from the hotel, there are numerous steps and uneven surfaces through the garden. Cars can drive into the courtyard area to drop off, and once in the courtyard, the pathways are flat and suitable for wheelchair users. Courtyard rooms on one level, with walk-in showers, can be requested at the time of booking.

Restaurants, bars, meeting & event rooms

The Oakwood Room, Paris Room, Terrace Restaurant and Library Bar are located on the ground floor and have direct access from the entrance, with no steps. Parts of the garden can be accessed via the side gate.

Toilets

There is a toilet frame available for anyone experiencing difficulty using the facilities independently. A disabled toilet is located in Monty’s with an emergency pull cord.
