Terms & conditions
A deposit equivalent to 25% of the stay will be taken at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel your booking, the deposit is fully refundable until 30 days before the booked arrival date. The remaining balance will be taken 30 days prior to arrival, any changes following this time, and up until 14 days before arrival, the full payment will be held on your account for 365 days to allow you to rebook your stay for a later date. Changes within 14 days of arrival will result in the full payment being forfeited as a cancellation charge.
