Perhaps you could begin your trail at the Bolderwood Deer Sanctuary. Here you can admire the beautiful fallow and roe deer before heading out on a tranquil forest foray. Whilst spotting these elegant creatures isn’t guaranteed, you have a good chance of seeing them because the herd is fed by a New Forest Keeper here between midday and 3pm daily.
