Louise Cobb

Louise is no stranger to our guests or our team. With over a decade of dedicated service, she has become a familiar and reassuring presence within the hotel. This well-deserved promotion recognises her outstanding commitment to our values and her unwavering focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Over the years, Louise has taken on several key roles. As Reception Manager, she was pivotal in creating a warm and seamless welcome for our guests, while her time as Housekeeping Manager saw her uphold the impeccable standards of cleanliness and comfort that are so integral to the Montagu Arms experience.

Now, as Rooms Division Manager, Louise will bring her extensive experience and deep understanding of both the front-of-house and housekeeping operations to oversee and coordinate these departments. Her comprehensive knowledge of the guest journey ensures that every aspect of a stay at our Hampshire hotel is considered with care and precision.

Speaking about her new role, Louise said:

I’ve always believed that the little touches and the genuine warmth of our team make all the difference to a guest’s stay, and I’m looking forward to continuing that tradition in my new position.”

Originally from the New Forest area, Louise began her career in hospitality over 15 years ago and has a natural flair for creating welcoming and memorable guest experiences. Outside of work, she enjoys countryside walks and spending time with her family.
