Itinerary

  1. New Year’s Eve House Party

    Arrive from 3pm and settle into the comfort of your beautifully appointed room before the festivities begin. Ease into the celebratory spirit with an exclusive wine tasting hosted by Paulo, our resident wine expert, who will guide you through a selection of fine wines served with grazing plates.

    As evening falls, the celebrations build to a traditional house party in true Montagu style. Enjoy Champagne and canapés served in our elegant lounges, followed by a five-course dinner in the award-winning Terrace Restaurant, where seasonal ingredients and exquisite presentation set the tone for a truly memorable night.

    After dinner, continue the celebrations in the Oakwood Room, where the Chris Barton Band will have you dancing into the early hours. Raise a glass as the New Year arrives and celebrate in style surrounded by great company, music, and the warmth of the Montagu Arms.

  2. New Year’s Day

    Wake to a relaxing New Year’s Day breakfast served in the Terrace Restaurant. Enjoy a generous selection of freshly baked pastries, seasonal fruit, yoghurts, and fruity compotes, along with hot breakfast favourites such as eggs, bacon, and a traditional Full English. A perfect way to begin the first day of the year at the Montagu Arms. before your journey home.

    Check out at 11:00am.  We will be delighted to store your bags should you wish to relax in the lounges or enjoy a walk in the forest before your journey home.

Terms & conditions

'From' rates are based on two people sharing a standard room. Room upgrades and single rooms are available at a supplement. A £200 per person non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking. Four weeks prior to arrival, the full balance is automatically taken and this is also non-refundable. We recommend your own travel insurance. Cancellations and amendments to bookings are not permitted.
