Festive Breaks at The Montagu

Enjoy a festive break all wrapped in tradition and charm at the award winning Montagu Arms Hotel at Beaulieu in the heart of the New Forest.

Christmas Eve

Arrive to the sounds of local carol singers and enjoy a sumptuous afternoon tea, served in our recently refurbished elegant lounge area, in front of a roaring log fire. Enjoy a sparkling Champagne and Canapes Reception.

A three course dinner will be served in our Michelin Star Terrace Restaurant accompanied by a String Quartet. Complete your Christmas Eve with Midnight Mass at Beaulieu Abbey, situated within the historical Beaulieu Palace grounds and return to warm mince pies and a hot toddy.

Christmas Day

Celebrate Christmas morning with our famous New Forest Breakfast, it is the perfect start to your day.

Noon Onwards

Indulge in a Champagne and CanapEs reception, followed by a traditional 4 course lunch with all the
usual festive trimmings.

Evening

Enjoy an informal Buffet Dinner served in the award winning Terrace Restaurant with views of our
much loved traditional English garden.

Boxing Day

Join us for a traditional breakfast at your leisure, between 8am and 10.30am, in our Terrace Restaurant. Spend the day unwinding and discovering the breath taking beauty of the New Forest. Stroll through ancient woodland spotting wildlife including deer, highland cattle and of course our famous ponies. Alternatively this is the perfect opportunity to retreat to the sanctuary of our award winning Thai spa located at our sister hotel just six miles across the beautiful forest. Enjoy wonderful pampering treatments including traditional Thai or relaxing Swedish massage.

The Grand Masked Ball

Our prestigious Black Tie Ball is not to be missed. Show off your creativity and design your own mask for the evening. Champagne, Canapes and a four course gourmet menu with dancing make this a truly glamorous event.
